    Hey!

I’ve checked several threads to relating issues and have tried to resolve it, but none happened.

Issue: None of the elements of Site Kit are loading (they just keep on loading)

    Efforts:
-I have tried to install in incognito.
-Deactivated several plungins while reset & reactivating Site Kit.

@plotperty Thanks for reporting. Can you share your site URL and Site Health information and we can see if there is anything we can spot which may be impacting reporting?

@plotperty thanks for the details. In similar cases, another plugin or theme would be responsible, but I don’t spot anything known from your Site Health info.

Could you provide us a screenshot of your Site Kit dashboard and any browser console errors where the issue resides?

The same above issue I have after I reset salts keys.
Also, plugin reset after changing salts keys & I change salts keys every month for security reasons.

If i connect more services in Site Kit by Google then it shows the message: Internal Server Error –
The REST API has been deleted.

@plotperty Thanks for the update. Can you let me know the following:
    – Has the plugin worked for you previously?
    – Who is your website hosted with?

If you have any other website hosted on the same server, if so it might be worth checking does setup work as expected.

I have installed the plugin first time, so no previous history of that working.

My website is hosted with namecheap

No other websites on the server

It has been a day since any reply. Any other ideas as to what I should now?

@plotperty Apologies for the delay, and thanks for the info. Can you check with your hosting provider and see if it’s possible to temporarily deactivate ModSecurity or any Web Application Firewall? If so please try reset Site Kit before attempting setup once more.

If that fails please inform me if it’s the same error you are encountering, as initially reported (blank dashboard).

thank you for the response. I have reinstalled it once more but same result. And I am not going to take any type of security risk, even if that is temporarily. I will wait, work manually, and will try again later sometime. Thank you

@plotperty Understood in relation to not wanting to modify anything from your hosting panel. The error you supported below may indicate a restriction from your hosting provider:
Internal Server Error – The REST API has been deleted.

While there has bee is an update to the plugin which was released last week I can’t be sure that will resolve your specific issue. If you want to give it a try please inform me after attempting setup from a browser incognito window.

@plotperty Did you get a chance to test the latest version of the plugin?

    Hello

I just did it again, after updating. Same old issue of ‘keeps on loading’

    Thanks
