Meetings are missing

    It appears that our 12 step meeting list plug in is no longer working. We are getting the following error:
    No meetings were found matching the selected criteria.

    We see the meetings in the admin console but nothing is found on the site. I would like to remove the plug in and add it back but I don’t want to lose the meeting list that we have. Is there a way to export all of the meetings before we remove it (“You can also download your meetings in [CSV format].” – returns a blank CSV file) ? I don’t want to manually create 800+ meetings and our current import file is about 6 months out-dated. Thanks – Jeff O.

    Hi Jeff,

    Do you have FTP access? Do you see a file in wp-content called tsml-cache-XXXX.json or something similar?

    Try renaming this file. My only guess if there’s a discrepancy between what you see in the admin and on the frontend is this file must have gotten messed up somewow.

    Thank you very much! A colleague of mine was able to find the link to the Control Panel. We renamed the file, clicked on meetings and it was populated again.
