I apologize – I didn’t realize that you had posted a link to your site in your original post; I was waiting for you to notify me once you had done it, and the fact that you had modified your original submission doesn’t trigger notifications. I hope I am not too late with the response.
I took a look at your site. What you are displaying is a slideshow, not a lightbox gallery. To understand the difference please see the layouts page. Take a look at the Mosaic and the slideshow layouts. The Mosaic layout is using SmugMug as its source, and when you click on a thumbnail, a lightbox is opened, with the shopping cart icon. But you cannot click on a slideshow to open a lightbox. That is built that way by design; a slideshow image and a lightbox both show a full-size image, so having both for the same gallery is redundant behaviour.
Sharing icons and the buy button are not available via slideshows – they are only available via the lightbox. So if you are looking to activate those you will have to use one of the non-slideshow layouts in the documentation.
