Which firewall are you referring to? The website’s firewall (for instance wordfence) or a network firewall?
What error do you get? (if any)

basically our network firewall(cyberome) seems to be blocking the client machines.
it just says “connecting..” when an agent tries to go online.
It works fine on machines that have full internet access on cyberome so i’m assuming its trying to link to some public address before it connect and our cyberome is blocking it?

Hi Ammar,
You will need to investigate this on your end by checking the firewall logs to identify which endpoints (or protocols) might be blocked. You could also check if any errors are being produced in the developer tools of the browser (F12) when trying to connect, in order to identify where it could be failing.
thanks it is working now, the sites were mostly CSS links that we had to add to our whitelist
