Hi there,
Please make sure you have the Image CDN active (Jetpack > Settings > Performance > Speed up image load times) and that you don’t have any other gallery or image enhancing plugins enabled.
Could you send a screen shot of what you’re seeing when you try to set up the carousel?
To link a screen shot here, you’ll need to use a third party site, like https://snag.gy/ Upload your image there, and then post the link from the browser address bar here in this forum thread. Then I’ll be able to see it.

I don’t understand what u mean in “set up the carousel”, because above i read message about that the carousel works only with tilled gallery, so i embed tiled gallery.

From what menu?
I sent screens, that, in my opinion, may be related with modal and carousel and gallery.

Hi, Is there any solution for my request?
In the settings for the Tiled Gallery block (your second screenshot), change the Link To option to Image File.
Right now, you have the Link To option set to None, so that are linking to nothing. 🙂

No it’s not helps, also not helps Link to Attachment Page.
Ok, this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins except Jetpack, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

It’s custom theme, inherited from ‘twentyseventeen’
