Which service do you use to collect emails?
If you could also share some screenshots of your Edit Popup -> Content screen, it’d be great! You can use a free tool like Monosnap to grab and share screenshots.

Hello Dimitris thanks for fast response! Really this is the best plugin i have tested. My only problem is not working with Mailchimp keep saying something went wrong using mailchimp as service provider. I had setup correctly i put the api and selected also the list.

I can see that you have made some changes here https://ibb.co/mEtmSf – can you double check if fields are in the same order and names are same as in MailChimp, go to list which you are using in Hustle and then Settings -> List fields and *|MERGE|* tags.
Field Name of used fields needs to be the same.

Hi again kasia i set the popup trigger at scrolling passed a 20% only for this page, so i wont bother my clients till i get this fixed.

Dont know why trying with my email and didnt work, i checked and they are deleted from mailchimp for test porpuses you can see it here and test it if you want.

This is a known issue. Even after removing an email from a Mailchimp list, there’s a generic error that the same email can’t be re-added using Mailchimp API. We were able to surpass this in a fix that will come with v.6.0.7 though! I really can’t provide an estimated time on this release, hope you understand! 🙂
