    By today, I was handling the integration with mailchimp and double opt setting.
    When I typed in the email address, it shown error. After that, the pop up no longer appear.

    Can you help me on this issue, because the pop up no longer working. The pop up only appear in desktop and pad view, I had updated the setting but now did not working for the pop out for my site.

    hope you’re doing good and thanks for reaching us!

    I just made a quick test on this in a site of mine and I can see that it works well.
    Please keep in mind the following though, the form fields you have in Hustle

    should be the same in Mailchimp list that you’ve connected 😉

    This should be enough and should resolve to a working condition.
    If you already made such settings and still encounter this issue, please ensure that there’s no other plugin/theme conflicting there, by following next steps:
    – create a recent backup (all files and database)
    – deactivate all other plugins apart from Hustle
    – activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen
    – check integration again
    – if that’s resolved, activate the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, trying a new email submission each time, until you reproduce the same error again, thus finding the conflicted combination.
