Fantastic - so many ways I can use it
By , for WP 4.6

This is a great plug-in and I believe can be used in so many ways. I struggled a little in the beginning to understand what I needed to do but got great support from the developers.

I'm still in the early days of developing a Booking Confirmation for my villa guests but believe this plug in will do exactly what I want.

A couple of add-ons (Participant Login and Tabs), at very reasonable price, can only make it better

Kudos to the developers

Ciao, Debbie

Outstanding! Thee list manager for WordPress
By , for WP 4.6

Really great plugin. In 10 minutes I had customized the fields needed to match my csv, imported a file, placed it on a page and styled it. After a single question, the developer responded within hours. I'm off and running.

Every now and then i find a plugin that is really outstanding. Works as expected, provides all the features and support I needed out of the box. And is well supported. Good job man!

Great for our non profit organization

I am not a programmer so this plugin help to make it easier to get information to our members. Our organization has been looking for a way to provide members with contact information of other members. This plugin solved our problem. This plugin allows me to load the information on our website and members now have all the information they need to stay in touch with each other. Its great

A solid, reliable, flexible membership/registration system
By , for WP 4.6

Whilst not designed for email list management (could be done with a bit of extra coding) I use this for sports club membership registration, to record fee payments and income budgeting. Also for sports competition entry. Very flexible with good UI, user update-able records and very flexible reporting including totalling. Reports can be copy pasted to spreadsheet.

Documentation is a mixture of formal instructions, sample code for common requests and a searchable blog. Data can be loaded and downloaded to CSV but it is a single table structure, not relational although there are solutions for lookup of codes etc.

Great plug in for stats

I cannot being to describe my joy at finding this plugin. Easy to use, versatile and powerful.

Ditto what ciaobellaz said! Love this plugin!

This is the most versatile, easy-to-use database plugin I've found that allows so much customization. Many other members databases had completely overboard displays. I wanted a list that would display like a LIST. Absolutely love Participants Database!

Very flexible, very powerful

This is an astonishing plug-in, and I can't believe I did not hear earlier about it. It offers a completely customizable data structure, so you can build more or less any directory you want. This plug-in is not as powerful as the Pods or the Toolset plug-in, but it's much easier to learn and any many cases more than enough.

Best-Kept WordPress Secret!

I was so not looking forwarding to incorporating a database into a WordPress website when a client needed one with various edit and read-only access levels which was simple for his users. I searched a bit before finding Participants Database -- what a relief to find this one-of-a-kind, well-written plugin with excellent support (and it's FREE?)!

I'm not as well versed in PHP as I am databases, so there was a learning curve for me. The author was responsive and helpful. (And is probably relieved my implementation is done!)

In the end, we have:

• 38 fields -- Radio Buttons, Check Boxes, Text Areas, Text Lines, and Dropdown Lists;

• Email notifications to 4 individuals based on whether 3 email fields are populated and the form editor chooses a specified radio button;

• Custom templates for Adding, Editing, and Viewing records;

• Edit access based on 3 user role types; read-only access based on 1 role type;

• "Tabbed" view for easy reading in Edit, Add, and Read pages; and

• A very satisfied client!

Custom Roles added via Registration Magic (paid; can probably find something free/better; overwrites "sender" field, if custom email notifications used/set up); Tabbed view courtesy of Tabby Tabs (highly recommend; easy right out of the box); and a couple of other plugins to customize the registration/user access experience.

Probably 90 percent of the implementation was successful and easily (learning curve notwithstanding) due to Participants Database. And now that I feel comfortable with its features, I'm pretty sure I'll be using it on other sites.

I only leave reviews when a plugin impresses or hugely disappoints me. I know what goes into something like this, and I have praise only for Participants Database.

Thank you, again, for all of your help.
