Thanks for your help,
I have access to the log files but can’t really understand them.
I tried the manual update, without any plugin or special theme. I just upload the wordpress install with my wp-config file and try to register a new user, smae result “could not create user” message.
Can it come from the database ?

Where can i find the log file ?
i created a new user just for a try, still work in the admin panel I can browse my bucket and everything.
But now in the shop the download link give ma an error page
