Just thought of something.
I noticed it working right after I updated JM Twitter Cards.
I opened my main page to see the source to check the header info and noticed the image was back.
I wonder if that plugin had something that was messing with yours?
Not sure as I have not heard back since creating an account for you but the states image is now showing up.
