UPDATE….
I believe I found the problem plugin that was causing the issue.. I deactivated Go – Responsive Pricing & Compare Tables – Once I did that I was able to use the event calendar plugin and view all the menu options.

I am unable to post events on my site.. I am only presented with a few drop down menus such as tags, import, settings, help, event add ons.
I have tried this plugin on my other themes and it doesnt work on any of them.. I even tried it on the generic wordpress theme and had not luck.
Any suggestions? I noticed there was an update today which I did but still no luck in resolving this issue.
Im having this exact same issue on several of my sites.
