I am having this exact problem on ALL my WP installs on each site I have, but I’m not sure I understand the cause you describe or the solution…The only way I was able to solve it was by going back to using 2.6 but I’d rather not have to use this older version.

T_T I just can’t make the bottom sidebar be horizontal. Perhaps this isn’t posible…
