After researching I agree that the buy button app might be the way to go. I will try it both ways and see which one gives a better user experience.

Nobody responded to the email and the admin user I sent has not been used. I’ll look for other ways to get what I need at this point as it seems you’ve decided that “quick support” is more than 48 hours.
I’m deleting the admin user account and I’ll fix it on my own.

I have added some CSS so that the grid/gallery is hidden on the home page on mobile since it was just too much for smaller screens but that didn’t fix the issue either.
Anywhere I use the shortcodes for the portfolio plugin the links try to open a lightbox on mobile. If I remove the shortcode then the links work again.
I also sent you admin user account information via email.
