I have also tried to uninstall it and reactivate it, but everything remains the same, so I do not know what solution to give for synchronization.

No, I have already created the merchant account and everything works correctly (I have verified it with the Facebook team).
The problem is when I try to connect it from WordPress/Woocommerce it doesn’t give me access.
Could I verify and/or change those permissions in the account already created? where could I do it?
