actually I changed the slugs manually from Farsi to English and it worked, however it was not what I wanted. I preferred to have Farsi permalinks for my Farsi website and English permalinks in my English website.
You should turn off all plugins before you move your website to an other host.

Thank you Andrew for your reply. English is my second language so I think I made grammatical mistake here. what I tried to say is the codes to enqueue the zokott-style.css is not working.
