With the default theme the plugin works correctly. What could be the problem? Requires setting the file css or something else? This can be with the Bootstrap framevork?

I wrote that it is not the default theme.
This can be with the Bootstrap framevork?

1. If I choose to setup a rich text (full ) i see the following screen: link1
It simultaneously present and the tags and the visual editor. Why?
And the button to insert a link I do not see.
2.The visual editor is working correctly, and when selecting a tag “link” is a violation the template. Link2

I can give a demo access ..
