I attempted to contact Packlink support using the email address provided (support@packlink.com), but I received a delivery failure notification indicating that the address could not be found or is unable to receive emails.
Could you please confirm the correct contact email address or advise on the best way to reach Packlink support?

Here are the requested details for our configuration and tests:
- Origin country: France
- Destination country: France
- Package weight: between 250g and 1000g
- Package dimensions: 15 cm × 17 cm × 3 cm
Please let me know if you need any additional information to proceed with the investigation.
