I am having the same issue. Was able to upload 2 days ago and now:
The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/03.
Can’t update plugins or WP.
I use GoDaddy hosting…not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Any solution to this? I get
