the customer says now the page is working so maybe the problem is more about – why is the page not loading properly sometimes – as opposed to it not loading at all.

I thought I was able to fix the problem because I changed back some settings that I had changed (i.e. a feature on my theme that allows me to disable the image script so that images don’t re-size automatically.
I then became able to view my products on safari (on my ipad).
Just now a customer informed me she couldn’t get the shop page to work on her computer. she is using a mac with chrome.
when I look at my shop page in chme on my ipad it works fine but some people are still haveing issues and I need to figure out why.
