I can confirm that the issue faced by Grant still exist. If the ‘deal stage’ is not on the first pipeline, the deal is not created.
Repro:
1) Create two pipelines
2) First pipeline has a deal stage called A and B
3) Second pipeline has a deal stage called C and D
4) In the plugin setting, set the deal stage to C.
5) Submit a form
A new contact and organisation is created but no deal created.
