Hi, unfortunately we’re still figuring it out. For us it turned out that the evo account hadn’t been properly set up, the application had gotten lost somewhere. Now it’s taking them 3 weeks to do it and then we’ll see what’s happening.

Thanks for the update! Does this extra charge only work with the default Payment methods or should I be seeing extra charge fields on custom payment gateway plugin settings as well? (e.g. Authorize.net)?
I’m having the same issue, using WC 2.6.2.
It used to work very nicely with PayPal and an earlier WC Version but now I can no longer set it up.
Please help!!
