Other than myself and one other user, all are customers that are in our system. They appear and list in your system “admin” to the right of the name but none of those are admins users of any kind in the system overall. Some of the other systems listed people as subscribers or some type of support user but not an admin. We’ve tested and/or used other systems and that is how these folks signed up. However, again, none of the ones that still won’t remove from your list are an admin.
But they aren’t admins. We used other ticket systems. They are other categories/roles but none admins. The admins do have roles in your list but every user regardless of admin is in your systems list! Lots to deal with/Go thru and even if I remove the role, they still appear in your list of admins.
