In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Prefer to use Paypal for shipping calculationI wasn’t able to figure out how to offer multiple shipping options that were $X amount for first item and $Y amount for each additional item on both a rush normal order basis. Any ideas?
Also, I prefer the idea of not filling in any cart info on the site, and just doing that sort of thing in one place, preferably at Paypal.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Prefer to use Paypal for shipping calculationYou can create various options, tie directly to usps and ups or not, and calculate all sorts of flat rate/weight rate, number of items, etc. So, it’s very versatile — it would be nice to be able to use a robust cart like wpec, yet not lose all that paypal functionality.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Prefer to use Paypal for shipping calculationWell, I would think that there would be some way to tell WP ECommerce to not do shipping but don’t inform paypal to not do shipping…. Like a simple hack that changes the info that gets passed to paypal. Given that so many people use paypal to print their shipping labels and because this works rather well, it could be an option.
I was surprised it couldn’t be made to work this way — a lot of simpler carts do this. Just a thought.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Prefer to use Paypal for shipping calculationYes, I would like to have customers come to the site, add items to cart, visit cart, click checkout, go to paypal, choose shipping options at paypal, pay and then return to the site.
Thanks for any help.
I have this same issue but creating a new form does not help. I have the <ebd /> tag in the contact form, but it’s no longer working after updating to WP 3.4.
Ideas?
Thanks.
