In reply to: Change permalinks for media items?Thanks Leo, what I am trying to do is upload a couple of stand alone one page websites (squeeze pages) that are not really related to my wordpress site. I just want to park them somewhere where they are accessible without having to get separate domain and hosting. Maybe there is no other good solution to this besides separate hosting and domain. If I did that I wouldn’t even need to have wordpress installed.

In reply to: [WP RSS Multi Importer] Love this plugin but need some helpThanks Allen and I get what your saying in the link above I have 3 feeds and I have my settings at Number of Items per Feed to Fetch=5 and Total Number of Entries per Fetch=15
Under Imported Feed Items it says I have 18 published, I have 5 from one feed, 10 from feed#2 and feed#3 has 3
So shouldn’t that mean that I ought to have 13 posts showing on my blog? I am showing 8 and 3 of the posts are the same post.
Am I getting 2 and 3 copies of the same post because I keep clicking the Fetch Feed Items Now button?

Let me ask you this…if a post has a featured image does it show in the post by default?

In reply to: [WP RSS Multi Importer] Showing 2 images in postI got it so that it is no longer doing double posts but is still doing double images when using “Excerpt and Featured Image” I am posting a screenshot. Is there a way to fix this, would it help to try another theme?

P.S. I have tried 3 different feeds and all show a double image like this

But I’m pretty sure it was on all the posts with images (I had 4 feeds)I don’t have time to fool with it right now. Maybe I will try later to recreate it and I will post back to you.
