In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Updating plugin crashes site (500 error)Hi Jason, I’ve submitted a ticket but have not heard back in a couple of days.
As far as I’m aware there is no license key and I’m not sure how to retrieve it (if there is one) without the plugin in being functional.
Any input to get this moving forward would be great, thanks!

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Audience Tab (User Overview specifically) causing 404Hi Jason, sorry for the delay, I was away on another project. I’m back on this now. I tried changing the “Max Results” setting in Settings->Reports->Functionality(section). I’ve changed this value from 100,000 to 50,000 then to 10,000 and I still get the same error.
I have tried Side bar and top, makes no difference.
I have also updated to the latest version.

I upped it a while back as the Access Log was having issues downloading large csv files.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Audience Tab (User Overview specifically) causing 404Hi Jason, thanks for the fast response. I updated to the latest version (4.4.4) and I’m having the same issue. When I move User Overview from inactive back into the Audience tab, it does nothing for a while, and then I get a 404 page.
