Hi it looks like the directory is not set up right. There is a video file playing in the root and the wp-admin is in a wp-admin directory. for example here is your admin link:

You can follow this link to your admin login
I would suggest a new install of WP in the root.

It could be a that your firewall is blocking the connection or that it is because you run it from your PC. have you tried it on a server hosted domain?
