Case solved.. It was a setting in the setup of the eshop plugin. I just unchecked it and the db view was hidden.

If you change the donation option method, the fields names will switch to english but if you refresh the page, it will go back to french.

I have also notice that the email sent and the receipt is always in the default language (the default text and subject that I’ve setup in the plugin’s settings/email section). It looks as if the plugin does not take in consideration what language the user has selected.
