I apologize for double posting. Do not know how it happened.

Anyhow i figured it out. Since i wasn’t able to make a multisite with subdomains i just reconfigured it to work as a path based multisite.

All you need is to change the wp-config a bit and .htaccess file. Everything is in this link.
