Hi! As far as I know, yes. I am using the only account that is associated with the website so I am unsure as to what has happened!
But if all these options have disappeared I suppose to obvious explanation is that I am not an administrator, although I have no idea why that would be the case unless the original developers have changed something from their side of things.
Is there any way to find out what other roles/accounts are associated with this site?

Just another note too- I look after another WordPress site which I am not having this trouble on so it isn’t something to do with my computer/access rights etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂 !
