    @apprimit
    I tried to rename the folder and .htaccess file, the web is still not working. What will be the last thing I could do about this?

    Thanks for following up. Amit @apprimit

    After I delete the wp-include folder as you suggested, the website is still showing the http error 500, is there anything else I could do?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Amit @apprimit Thanks for the reply. I just checked my file structure. Under the public folder, I have 4 folders, which is .pki, wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes. However, as I check every folder I found that there is wp-include folder inside wp-admin and wp-content folder, I guess it is probably because I use the FileZilla to drag the folders around. When it first happened, the website showed something like ‘the child theme folder is not available’ but after I changed file structure like what I said in the beginning, the website says ‘HTTP ERROR 500’. So what I have assumed is since I have too many wp-include folders on my server, it may exceeds the wp memory limit, and that’s why it is showing ‘error 500’. So I’m guessing I need to delete other wp-include folders under wp-admin and wp-content? Please give me some suggestions. Thank you.

    And now the website says “This page isn’t working, it is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”
    Maybe there is the server’s issue? Please help.
