I tried this condition combination:
Shipping method > Not Equal > Self-Pick up
AND
Product > Not Equal > [product name]
AND
Shipping method > Not Equal > Advance free shipping
My 1-1 product managed to be not included in the $60 min order which was great. However I found out that my usual products that select self-pickup shipping method had the $60 min order rule thus I tried these conditions:
Shipping method > Not Equal > Self-Pick up
AND
Product > Not Equal > [product name]
AND
Shipping method > Not Equal > Advance free shipping
OR
Shipping method > Not Equal > Self-Pick up
But it still does not work 🙁 Is this a glitch or do I need the premium plugin version?
