Open PHPMyAdmin and select User Account, Locate your wordpress database and click on Edit Privilleged
      </ol
Click on Change Password then click on Generate.
Copy the generated password then click on Go to validate your querry.Go now to your wp-config.php and replace the database connect password with the newly generated password then save the file.
Try reconnecting to your dashboard. It should work just fine.
