Thanks for understanding. I tried and installed the redirect plugin, but when i click on any of the blog titles the page does not show up.

I meant to say that how can I change the URL to look like this http://bingoyo.com/blog/(post title) instead of http://bingoyo.com/blog/?p=28#more-28
