Figured it out. I had to deactivate this plugin – Async JS and CSS
I was using it to speed up loading of my website but it seems to conflict with the [jobs] shortcode. If anyone knows a good plugin to speed up cache or how to use this one in conjunction with Job Manager I would love to know.

I opened my c-panel and deleted the plugin files for another-wordpress-classifieds-plugin and now it works fine. Won’t use this plugin with the new wordpress!
