Hi, @ix3
Thanks for the advice.
I couldn’t find the cause of the problem, but… it resolved itself. Apparently there were some temporary server issues. Everything is working as expected now.
Thanks for your help!Hі @ix3
New link:Hello!
Thank youJust to clarify:
the problem is on two sites located on the same serverCPanal uploads much larger files without any problems. All Import also accepts XML files several MB in size without any problems. The issue started a few days ago (7-10 days ago) when uploading XLSX files larger than 1 MB – the plugin doesn’t accept them. If I split them into smaller parts, everything works fine. It even doesn’t accept previously imported XLSX files larger than 1 MB, which it used to accept—so the problem doesn’t seem to be with the files themselves.
Error code in the log:
2026-03-12T15:37:04+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\Reader\Exception: Unable to identify a reader for this file in /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/vendor/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/PhpSpreadsheet/IOFactory.php:172 CONTEXT: {“error”:{“type”:1,”file”:”/home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/vendor/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/PhpSpreadsheet/IOFactory.php”,”line”:172},”remote-logging”:true,”backtrace”:[“”,”#0 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/vendor/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/PhpSpreadsheet/IOFactory.php(106): PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\IOFactory::createReaderForFile()”,”#1 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/libraries/XmlImportXLSParse.php(68): PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\IOFactory::load()”,”#2 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/libraries/XmlImportXLSParse.php(31): PMXI_XLSParser->toXML()”,”#3 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/classes/upload.php(239): PMXI_XLSParser->parse()”,”#4 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/controllers/admin/settings.php(632): PMXI_Upload->upload()”,”#5 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-import/plugin.php(628): PMXI_Admin_Settings->upload()”,”#6 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(341): PMXI_Plugin->adminInit()”,”#7 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(365): WP_Hook->apply_filters()”,”#8 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(522): WP_Hook->do_action()”,”#9 /home/woodmini/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(180): do_action()”,”#10 {main}”,”thrown”]}
Where do you think the problem might be?
Thank you. The woobe_storage_type hook restored functionality.But everything worked fine without it before. What could be the cause? Should I leave the hook in place permanently, or is there a way to fix the underlying issue on the server or website?
Yes, everything is fine now. Thank you!

In reply to: [Stickers for WooCommerce] Doesn’t work on versions after 1.2.0Thank you. I did as you said, got the Pro version, tried all the options (Control Scheduled: Yes or Control Scheduled: NO) – but the custom sticker does not work SPECIFICALLY for Custom products. In the plugin settings, Enable Product Custom Sticker is configured + disabled for all products (Control custom sticker display for all products in wooCommerce: “No”), in the settings of the product itself Custom Product Sticker: Enable Custom Sticker: “Yes” – the custom sticker does not work! If in the plugin settings you specify: Enable Product Custom Sticker (Control custom sticker display for all products in wooCommerce): “Yes” – the sticker works for all products EXCEPT Custom (where in the settings of the product itself Custom Product Sticker: Enable Custom Sticker: “Yes”). In order for the Custom Product Sticker to work for these Custom products – you have to ONLY configure the Custom Product Sticker separately for each such Custom product IN THE SETTINGS OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF. But the general settings of Custom Product Sticker from the plugin should be used! – this worked in version 1.2.0, there was no such problem, but it does not work in 1.2.1-1.2.3 – I roll back to 1.2.0 again

In reply to: [Stickers for WooCommerce] Doesn’t work on versions after 1.2.0It looks like I figured out what the problem is.
Settings:
Enable Scheduled Product Sticker – Control Scheduled sticker display for products which are marked as CUSTOM in wooCommerce – Upgrade to Premium.Now this is only for Pro version…

I use “Custom Product Sticker”. In versions after 1.2.0, “Custom Product Sticker” only works if you enable it for all products in the plugin settings or configure “Custom Product Sticker” directly in the admin panel of the product where the sticker is needed. I have “Custom Product Sticker” configured once in the plugin and for products where it is needed, it is enabled in the product settings (Custom Product Sticker: Enable Custom Sticker: yes) and it doesn’t work now – but in version 1.2.0 it worked.Now I need to configure the sticker for each product, but I need to use a sticker that is configured once in the plugin itself and then turned on for individual products without additional settings
