Hi Krystian, thanks for your response. I have implemented both a V3 and V2 site key. I used the legacy secret key for both as that seemed to be the correct option when using a plug in.

The v2 key is saying the set up is ‘incomplete’ and that I should start by ‘requesting tokens’ but the options for that all involve coding, which I’m not proficient enough to do.

The V3 key says the ‘backend’ integration isn’t complete and that ‘Your key is requesting tokens (executes), but isn’t requesting scores (assessments).’ Again, the options provided to resolve this require coding.
