Ok, I solved it by going to the hosting site (GoDaddy). It took me a while to figure out how to get to the files directly, but I did, and I moved the appointy file within the plugin folder. Then I reinstalled Appointy and everything worked fine. Thanks for your help!

No, part of the problem is that I can’t bring up the dashboard, so I can’t disable any of the plugins. As I tried to explain, any of the admin pages, such as:
