I think I figured it out after reading some of the posts with the same issues. Please see on your side if you see the reviews showing with around 366 or 367 active reviews on the home page and review page.

If you do see them now on the frontend, it had to do with WP Rocket and their new update. This is similiar to the JetPack update that was in the forums causing the widget not to work work correctly with the <DIV Class> being inserted even though it was not added during the HTML insertion.

Thank you for helping me your widget is the best!

    Lidia,

Thank you for your quick response. I tried both code and shortcode. In using Elementor, I used the HTML Widget and placed the script into it. It works fine in the backend and when I preview the page when I am logged in as the admin. When I save, update, and delete cache, then log out as admin and view the front end, this is where the “widget not found!” is seen.

If I log out of my Trustindex account and use the free version, it will display it on both backend and frontend without a problem.

I am using my trustindex login to go through the Trustindex Admin button on the Plugin to the account to get the script and shortcode to use.

If you go to the website: http://www.yellowfeverghosttours.com. The home page is using the free version shortcode. If you click on the Reviews page, it is using the embedded script version. Sometimes it will display “Widget not Found!” or it is just blank.
