You can check in the reviews and posts that I take care of each case and investigate accordingly. I assigned a developer who will check the Envato Validation add-on, replicate and fix.
Regarding the free version, let me know why you say the plugin is limiting as it has hundreds of functions and good integrations using the REST API. Your feedback is appreciated.

We took a look at the debug.log file and the errors are from 2021 to September 2022. I also see some deprecated function messages. What is the PHP and WordPress version you are using? Also, in order to find the plugin or theme conflicting, please deactivate your plugins one by one until you see the conflict disappear. Also, please switch to a default WP theme. We suggest to first backup your site and also trying this in a low traffic hour.
