In fact, my problem is about importing, not exporting.
I made it by a plugin, but i know that is possible through the native Woocommerce importer. I found some articles about it, i did the changes and in the filter, appeared the taxonomy, but after importing, the data hasnt change.

Essa opção fica em Aparência > Personalizar > Woocommerce > Finalizar compra. É lá que você define também se a segunda linha de endereço e telefone serão obrigatórios.

Estou enfrentando o mesmo problema! Como solução temporária, selecionei para ser opcional o preenchimento do nome da empresa. Assim, com o CNPJ estando correto, consigo verificar o nome da empresa caso o cliente não preencha.
