Verify whether you have static or dynamic IP!
I have changed the default wp-content folder name too, so this seems to be the reason….

Tried to deactivate all other plugins – did not help.

I have installed the plugin automatically in the WP installer.
Surely I selected Small/Medium/Large (not custom).
BTW, when selecting “Small” links disappear at all.
