    Thank you for your reply.

    I have checked MailPoet → Help → System Status. You can find the complete report here:

    The main points are:

    • MailPoet Sending Service: Connection successful
    • Cron: running, with recent successful executions and no errors
    • Sending queue: 0 pending, 0 in progress, 0 paused, 0 errors
    • The newsletters sent on August 31, September 6 and September 14 appear among the completed sending tasks.

    I noticed that Cron shows “Accessible: Unknown”, although its status is “running” and recent executions completed without errors.

    Regarding the Reply-To address: it is currently yannick.meneux@gmail.com, while the From address is rance-emeraude@bretagne-vivante.org. However, this configuration has not changed. It was already exactly the same for the newsletter successfully sent on August 31, 2026.

    Could you please check whether you see anything unusual in the System Status, particularly regarding Cron or the Sending Service?
