The plugin suddenly works great.
My guess is that a specific filter will not show on a specific category page, if on that category page there are no products, or if the products on the category page have no attribute values.
I had only a few products on my website when I first asked for your help here, now I have over 350 and the plugin works like a charm!!

I have reinstalled wordfence and it works fine.
Turned on Wordfence Falcon Engine and it works fine.
What happened then? Why did wordfence crash my site?
I turned off auto updating of wordfence, just in case.
I renamed wordpence directory in the plugins directiory – and the site is up OK.
Please advise – how can I have wordfence work again on the site?

The attributes that the filter doesn’t show have more then 1 value.

I have done all of this, but in a different order:
– install WooCommerce
– configure it, install shop page
– add products
– add attributes
– add attributes to products with values
– install filter plugin
– activate filter plugin
– go to widgets
– drag ‘AJAX Product Filters’ to your sidebar
– select attribute and type
– click save
– go to shop page and reload it.Not working – does not appear.
It looks like the widget is not inserted at all into the woocommerce php code. the sidebar exists on the shop page + a seach widget exists on the shop page – but the ‘AJAX Product Filters’ does not exist at all.
Maybe I should try inserting via php. You gave the php code, here on the widget description page – but on which file should I put it? what is the full code? <?php do_shortcode(‘[br_filters attribute=price type=slider title=”Price Filter”]’);?> ?

I have installed the latest update of ‘Advanced AJAX Product Filters’.
I have followed all of the installation instructions and yet the ‘Advanced AJAX Product Filters’ does not appear on the sidebar. Other widgets do apear on the sidebar, only ‘AJAX Product Filters’ doesn’t. The widget’s code does not exist in the page html either.
Any hint on where I should look?

Update: I fixed this by removing a piece of code from the htaccess file ganerated by WF.
This is the code I have removed:
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} on
1. Would it harm WF from functioning properly?
2. Would WF insert it back in later?Any hint on this?
I will check daily.
My site is fast! Less than 2 secs to load… 🙂

Hi Brian,
Tried basic too, it wont work on Basic Caching, same problem occurs.
All other features work. Only cahing does not.
Should I look into the htaccess file? post it here?
Maybe this can help: Plugins installed on this site that are not installed on my other sites where wf caching works fine: Lightbox Plus Colorbox, WordPress Importer.

Another simptom: the Falcon icon does not appear in the WF pannel after enabling it.

Daniel can you please write in which file should I add the “do_not_defer” filter? where whithin that file and exactly what to add?
