Hi melleman,
This issue you can remove yourself. This line will be removed anyway from next release so you need to:
1) Open ftp, connect to your site, go to <wp root folder>/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-filters/includes/widgets.php
2) Find there function widget, line ~ 42
3) After this line you will see
if( !is_shop() and !is_product_category() ) return false;
Remove it!
4) Now everything should work.
Or you can wait for next release that will be on the end of next week =)
Regards,
Dima
Thanks Dima. I removed the Line 43
if( !is_shop() and !is_product_category() ) return false;
in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/includes/widgets.php
but there is no effect.
Same problem. Ajax Filter does not appear on shop page. I removed that one line of code but it had no effect. I’m using the Base-WP theme.
Update: on main page it works. But on category pages it doesn’t work.
Dima,
The plugin suddenly works great.
My guess is that a specific filter will not show on a specific category page, if on that category page there are no products, or if the products on the category page have no attribute values.
I had only a few products on my website when I first asked for your help here, now I have over 350 and the plugin works like a charm!!
Thanks for the great plugin Dima!!!

Hi sneed,
I can tell only 2 things:
1) I’m testing plugin now under several themes(both parent and child), situations, pages, etc. As for now bug is not caught =) Just wait while I’ll find the problem and fix it
2) Or you can create temporary user with admin access and send it to me through berocket.com contact form. This way I’ll have more data to analyze to catch issue faster.
As for now this is all.
Regards,
Dima
Hi everybody =)
If anyone still has issue with widget not showing please update plugin, go to plugin settings page and turn on ‘show all values’. This will show all values of the attribute no matter if it used or not.
As for now there is an issue with translation. If WooCommerce is translated 50/50 that my plugin will not work correctly without ‘show all values’ turned on. Will be fixed in next release but as for now we have fix that works.

Dima
Where is the plugin settings page?
Hi sneed,
Admin -> WooCommerce -> Product Filters
Regards,
Dima
I have my sidebar set up to show the Search box and 2 AJAX Product Filters.
I selected “Show all values” but still no ajax filters show up.

http://demo2.philword-design.ru/?post_type=product aslo not showing plugin(
I do all what you said before(
Hi sneed,
Can you create temporary user with admin rights and send it to me through contact form on berocket.com please?
I’ll check how it is configured and will try to check how this can be fixed.

Dima
Hi!
I’m having the same issue. I did all the steps, already followed your newest instructions Dima but it still isn’t showing…
Is it possible to create a temporary user for you in my website so you can check what might be happening?
By the way, before seeing this Support tab, I sent you a message through Berocket contact form.
Thank you!
Regards,
Ricardo
Hi Ricardo,
I was away for a week. I’ll check the message you sent through BeRocket and try to help you.
