Don’t you mean replace old with new?
For the rest I did as you said… sort of:
I don’t have access to the old site anymore.
so
-I imported the database to the new host first
-ftp’d the search and replace to the new domain
-ran it in the browser, did a live run.
– my-admin is back and doesn’t redirect to the old site, except
-it asked to login, but both old and new login don’t work. Forget password times out.
– and now i can’t ftp or connect to the remote at all anymore.
What should i do?
