Hello,
I am getting no response contacting the premium support despite being a paying member. I have contacted support on multiple occasions, through the support system and answering to emails and the answers (when you answered, which has not been the case in the last 48 hours) have not helped me.In the last 48 hours I sent several emails to support on that topic with no response.
I am opening up the questions to the community here which hopefully will be more responsive. What I am trying to achieve is pretty standard so probably somebody has an answer here.
Rather than spend the time writing that I should not ask for support here, why do you not answer to my emails / questions?

I share exactly your frustration about Ludwig. It really seems he deeply dislikes people contacting him for support and mostly ignores them. Paid customers such as ourselves are better off coming to this public forum where he has a harder time ignoring our requests.nx-snap-settings.txt

I paid $99 for their product and their support and documentation of how to integrate is terrible. They have the basic setup of WordPress covered but once you want to use their pro features you are really stuck. I spent countless hours and I’m no where closing to making this work.When support does answer they do so in an unhelpful way, blaming me.
The free version might be OK but I really regret having given the developer any money.

Sorry for my late reply. I simply changed the name of your directory with FTP and then deleted the folder. I’m sorry but I did not have the time to further explore as I really needed an og tagger that worked with my setup, so had to remove your quickly.

Thanks.I found the enable / disable addtoany button on each page which is a good start. But:
– is there a way to disable the floating button on *all* pages?

Thanks for your answer. I understandAbout the matter of CRONs: I have disabled the automatic running of WP-CRON triggered by a user and use a real cron to launch WP-Cron every 5 minutes, this way I am not dependant on user behavior to run CRONs.
I also use the fantastic plugin called Crontrol which allows me to edit each individual CRON within WP-CRON. This is how I saw you you were not using WP-Cron.My typical behavior is to go into crontrol and move all daily tasks to run between 2am-5am.
So if you want to keep your plugin lightweight and without options, you might consider using wp-cron and recommending crontrol…
