Can I submit a suggestion that it be added in a future release? It is available in other Crowd Funding plugins and is pretty important. Especially being able to add bullet lists and bold.
I was able to solve the issue. Our hosting provider had outdated PHP & MySQL; when we moved servers, everything is working.

How did you get this resolved? I’m having the same issue. Every-time I put in a reward and hit update the rewards disappear.
