Windows attachment manager will not let me download referring.php, it says it’s a malicious file.

@dedidata I will try that, but the bigger problem is the summary-panel, as that never loads.
With the dev version on overview page referring pages panel takes ages (some minutes) to load. Summary never loads, just the circling activity icon. When that panel stopped loading some versions ago all the problems started.

A migration from PHP 5.6 to PHP7 is not possible atm for various reasons.
If your opinion is that your plugin is not compatible with PHP-versions below 7 you should state that clearly on the plugins download page and especially when selling the pro version, so customers are able to look for an alternative.
Aside from errors in the log it is obvious that the memory consumption of this plugin is through the roof since some versions ago. That needs to be fixed asap in my opinion.
But it is in no way productive to just promise the removal of bugs shown in the logs. The problem is more global than that.
Apache 2
PHP 5.6.32
mySQL 5.7.20I will definitely not give someone I do not know ftp-access to my site because of an obviously borked plugin.
The memory-problems of late are known, one has just to look around in these forums.
I thought about buying the Pro version, but this is discouraging and if the developers do not react quick I will look for another solution.

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] MLA Gallery with items without categoryIt’s not my script, I bought it on Envato, so I would have to sift through the code to look up the part where the image is saved … But I’ll try your development version and the shortcode shown above first. 🙂
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] MLA Gallery with items without categoryHello David,
Thank you for your extremely helpful insights!
I will test this as soon as I find time.
Regarding the autoassignment of categories:
I have a script that generates images after some user-interactions. The images are saved to the media library, if a standard category could be assigned, that would help me to show a gallery that consists only of these generated images. I am aware of the bulk edit possibilities, but those do not help in my use case.
So if I assign categories to all manually uploaded images, I can show the script generated ones if I list only those without any category, thus my question.
Thanks again for your detailed reply.
Regards,

In reply to: [wp-Typography] Very long TTFB since last updateAfter some tests I had to reinstall 4.2.1. With 5.0.4 Google or Facebook were no longer able to fetch post images. After rollback to 4.2.1 it worked again.

In reply to: [wp-Typography] Very long TTFB since last updateSorry for the late reply but I had no time to test the hotfix, after that I was on vacation and still after that I had heavy workload.
I just installed 5.0.4. and it looks fine at first glance. I will test further. Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [wp-Typography] Very long TTFB since last updateI can do that later as I do not have the time to try that atm. For the time being I’m happy with version 4.2.1 working.

In reply to: [wp-Typography] Very long TTFB since last updateThanks for your quick reply.
The WP version is 4.8, PHP is 5.6.30-0+deb8u1 . The request timeout seems to occur at 15 seconds.
I just rolled back to 4.2.1 and everything is fine again with TTFB under one second.
It seems you do not understand the problem, so I’ll try to clarify.
I use the free version. I have a section named “articles” in that section there are a number of repeating article subforms.
Until the update over every articles collected data in the email sent it read “article”, since this were the subsections headers in the form. Since v2.03 those are gone. I need them back.
If I revert to 2.02, will that work?
This is not a pro feature, they were just removed from the free version in the last update. I want to show them again. I do not need any pro features, I just need the Headers back.
Or did you move the feature to the pro version to harass users to buy it? If that is the case please tell me so and I will look for another forms plugin as I think that is very bad behaviour.
We run a test on a page with the plugin and a form at the moment and if that test would have been successful we most probably would have updated to the pro version. But seeing this support behaviour I doubt we will do that.
