Hi,
Please make sure the products have weight and dimensions in both parent and variations.
And if you’re using live API credentials and account number you’ll have to change the API mode to live and under the Rates and services tab in the plugin settings, you’ll have to enable “Show Account Rates” option.
If you’re happy with the support and plugin do leave us a review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/dhl-woocommerce-shipping-method/reviews/

In reply to: [Amazon Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] Not Working..Hi,
Please make sure you have entered the valid Amazon payment credentials, if you’ve entered the live/production credentials you’ll have to use the plugin in live mode, if its a test credentials you need to use in Sandbox mode.

Hi,
Since the plugin communicates with the carrier’s API to validate the address, if there’s few elements missing from the request the ApI will not be able to validate the address, it will show validation failed message.

In reply to: [UPS WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin] My prices way too high alsoHi @idaryl,
I did a check with the shipment details provided by you for a local address in California and found that UPS is returning similar rates.
Kindly check the attached screenshot :
https://ibb.co/h3XFW7
https://ibb.co/efXhB7In most probability this high rate is because of the excessive length of the package. Kindly check it.

In reply to: [UPS WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin] Prices are way too highHi @idaryl,
I did a quick check for your shipment for a local address in California, and the rates are coming similar. Hence, we can conclude that the rates are coming correct. Whatever is being charged by UPS, our plugin is showing this to you. Here are the screenshots for your reference :

Hi @alamoreality,
Rate adjustment is a feature that is available in the plus version. The free version does not have this feature in it.
Can you please check it in the plus version and this should solve your problem.
Hi @zelloo,
Your Welcome!
Would it be possible for you to drop a review for our support- https://wordpress.org/plugins/ups-woocommerce-shipping-method/#reviews
This would be an encouragement for us.Hi @zelloo,
The plugin works with a supplied address. Ideally, WooCommerce should have a mechanism to set a default address. You can look over the web for a code snippet to achieve this. One you incorporate this, the rates will definitely come.
Also, I did a quick search and found a similar link ; https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-set-default-state-checkout-page/
Hi @zelloo,
It does not matter whether the buyer is registered or not. If he is not registered, then he needs to put in the address details in the cart page or checkout page to get the rates. Can you please try this?
Hi @zelloo,
As per the error provided by you, you can see that the the measurement units used by you are KG/CM. For USA, you will not get the rates with these.
You need to switch to LBS/IN.
Kindly change that in the settings page of the plugin and also in “WooCommerce –> settings –> Products”.This should resolve your problem.
