I got inmotion to restore my website.

Cheers.I am waiting for replies from inmotion and even ithemes from the backupbuddy plugin. I am thinking the only option I am going to have is to download wordpress, configure it as to my existing website and then upload the content from the backupbuddy – does this make sense?
This might be a stupid question. I was using backup buddy within WP to do backups but clearly I cannot restore my website using this since this is done within my website which I cannot get access to at this time (reason for this forum post). My hosting co. is inmotion which I am now logged into, but this means I technically don’t have a backup from them. I just did a backup but I am thinking that this backup will be of the ‘corrupted’ site? Please confirm. And thanks very much for the help so far!!
I see there is s read me doc in the backup – I will try to follow the instructions. (the backup software I am using is backupbuddy)
Yes I do but I’m not actually sure how to do this since I haven’t done it before.
